“The hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standard. I got my first room with broken curtain and phone. After changing the room, the 2nd one had a malfunctioning toilet. The staff is not bad, actually friendly and helpful. But the room maintained is poor”

“This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was stand out for me traveling for a conference and needing just to get places within a short distance of the hotel. I did not try the restaurant but it’s always nice to have that option in the hotel. ”

“I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. “We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. ”
