“Quiet and comfortable. Unexpected staff shortage in breakfast area on the day we stayed, but we were warmly welcomed for free breakfast at their partner hotel across the parking lot. We will stay again”

“While the property was in good condition, the room next to us had a party until 12 am. The staff working the front desk at the time did not enforce the quiet hours, despite our calls, and none of our family could not sleep. There was constant yelling and swearing from next door. The issue wasn’t resolved until the shift changed and different staff came in to handle the problem.”

“This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. “Loud almost all night hallway smelled like pure cigarettes ”

“Breakfast minimal. Thin walks. Shouting in the hallway during the night. Staff not preset at check in. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for anyone. Mild in shower and shower curtain dirty. Little heat.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was average. Pool area includes a hot tub which is large but paint peeling inside. Spring break so lots of noise. Complimentary breakfast included. Parking was easy and accessible. ”
