“While the staff was nice. We did have one too many issues. We were given the wrong room at check in and couldn't get into the room we paid for until 2 days later. Then our room was cleaned only once and that was after we talked to staff. While we understand that these hotels are designed to only be cleaned every other day, only clean it once in a 9 night stay is ridiculous.”

“What a special, beautiful, quaint and modern stylish place with views of the blue ocean, privacy in the beach. It was wonderful that beach chairs and umbrellas were available for free, extra beach towels were already in the room. The place was clean and the staff was wonderful. We definitely will be back.”

“I selected this hotel for a week’s stay in Melbourne, as it was highly rated. I was left disappointed and unsatisfied.
