    3 Bedroom 3 Bath expanded Cottonwood floor plan with approx. 1700 sq. ft. Single-level end unit. Upgrades galore!



    This beautifully furnished and well-appointed home has all the finishing touches you will appreciate. Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded light fixtures. Both bathrooms have been remodeled as well with tiled walk-in showers.



    Large flat screen TV in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Wooden floors throughout with area rugs in both bedrooms. Nice high vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting and a fireplace and wet bar to enjoy!



    Wireless internet access is included. A sparkling pool and spa are within easy walking distance. Free WIFI License



    CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa, and hair salon only.



    Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.



    Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.

    Guest Access:

    An arrival email will be sent with check in instructions one week prior to arrival date.



    Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

    For nature lovers, the iconic landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park are a short 40-minute drive. Whether lounging indoors or exploring the vibrant neighborhood, each moment feels curated just for you. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. You're also conveniently situated just minutes from famed attractions, including luxury shopping in El Paseo (10-minute drive) and the natural beauty of Joshua Tree National Park (40-minute drive).

This home was a fantastic place for our family vacation with two small kiddos. Minimal decor and clutter which we loved and lots of space! The patio outside was the best selling feature for us, it was amazing and the most used area of the home! The check in process was easy, communication with the hosts was quick and seamless using the app which was so appreciated, and overall we just had an absolutely amazing time staying here and we will definitely be back! For any constructive feedback we had, it was only that the bathrooms weren't well stocked but we did find a linen closet in the laundry room that had everything we needed, and the hot water goes from on to scalding hot in 3 seconds flat which was a bummer for our kiddo learning to wash her hands (I think we all burnt ourselves a time or two) but we would rather have hot water than cold water any day for showers! We are already looking forward to booking our next stay here, the location can't be beat, you're in the perfect part of the fairway and right next to a pool, and the shade awning on the deck makes all the difference on the warm afternoons! 10/10 recommend!
