Resort a Palm Springs

“This place needs a make over and some! This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star prices - find somewhere else! We had an end unit with and the room had black out curtains - great for a good nights sleep… oh, but there’s another window that has a blind that lets the sun in at sunrise — go figure?! The bathroom is small and poorly appointed. Check in was terrible and slow - not enough staff on, even though they knew it would be busy. The adult pool is situated just below a nice patio that serves...

“2nd stay here and last. Dated and over priced. Rooms dated and no soundproofing. Requested and had confirmed by email - 2 rooms apart for privacy between ourselves and our son and his wife. Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary. Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. Just concrete… You pay this amount and find everyone looking for a bed on a waitlist by 11am or having to lie on the concrete. Stop serving at...

“Hotel molto bello, piscina fantastica. pulita! Peccato che le camere sono dei bungalow con pareti e tetti praticamente "di cartone". Impossibile soggiornarci perché le pareti bruciavano e la temperatura della camera interna non scendeva sotto i 30 gradi neppure con l'aria condizionata al massimo. Siamo dovuti scappare e cambiare hotel, Bello ma da andarci solo quando la temperatura esterna è gradevole e non calda.”

“We did not use amenities because our room alone was is in poor condition, very dusty and dirty furniture. A giant monster moth that owned the place before we got in. There were holes in the blinds from the moth being in there for so long. Overall just a very uncomfortable experience.”
