“Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast”

“I booked through Expedia. Upon checking in I was informed that my “included” breakfast would be automatically deducted from my bill when I checked out. That was not the case however and I had to call the property to have the included breakfast removed from my bill a day after checking out. If I had not caught this error, I would have been charged 65 extra dollars. That is a serious lapse in service. A protocol should be put in place so that does not happen to other customers. Thanks!”

Towels and rags were dirty and new ones were unavailable. The hair dryer didn't work. The key cards kept deactivating even though they were kept separate from our electronics. “Newly opened so everything is great. Staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room size is comfortable yet pretty standard. Just an FYI if sharing the room, the door to the bathroom does not lock it just slides closed. ”

“The location was great, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the luggage cart was broken and our room wasn’t ready. Inside the room, the microwave was missing a plate and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. “Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.”
