“Rooms - clean! Bed, pillows heavenly; Sunny / lit, air-conditioned, black-out window shades, stocked soaps and shampoo /conditioner, safe, quiet. Staff / front desk - friendly! Breakfast - nice! Pool - nice! Gym - small but worked: treadmill, elliptical machines and weights.”

“We reserved through expedia and arrived, the room we wanted was not cleaned so we took a smaller room. Opened the door and a gigantic roach was crawling on the roof. We went back to the front desk to let them know and the front desk clerk said she was coming to check it out and NEVER came. We waited in the hallway after 11pm at night with our tired children for over 30 mins or more and she still never came. We went back to ask about the hold up but she wasn't at the desk.
