Le rezension negative che avevo letto sono state tutte sfatate. L'hotel è veramente carino e Martin (receptionista) è disponibilissimo.

Accoglienza fantastica,appartamento spazioso e pulito,personale gentile e disponibile,vicinissimo al mare,l’unico neo edificio un po’ datato.

I'm writing this review only because I felt like the English girl at the reception (whose name unfortunately I forgot to ask) was so incredibly kind with me and my friends, that it deserved to be acknowledged. We stayed only a night because we had to spend one more night in Palma than we initially thought when we booked our holiday, and we found the hotel Lis only by chance. For the price being the hotel is way over what you would initially expect: the rooms could use some more cleaning and the breakfast is not included in the price, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. As I've already stated, what really hit me was how polite and hilarious was the blonde English girl at the reception; she definitely made a difference. She took time off her day to organise for us a whole trip around the island to the places she loved most. Unfortunately we didn't have time enough to visit all the places she suggested but we really had fun visiting one of them which is Valdemossa. When we got back to the hotel, we found that she left us a detailed map on how to get to the airport using the public transportation (which we didn't even ask but it was kind of brought up that morning while we where talking about our trip that day). So again, huge thanks for your help and time and I really hope we could meet again someday.

Albergo nel complesso carino. La camera grande è spaziosa, gli arredamenti non il massimo così come il letto scomodissimo. Anche la vasca da bagno non bellissima. Note positive cordialità e disponibilità del personale e sul tetto c'è un comodissimo spazio relax anche in questo caso la pulizia non il top. Non c'è un'area riservata per Il parcheggio. In conclusione visto il prezzo buono per un paio di giorni

hotel carino ubicato in una posizione strategica vicino a cala major e a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di palma. Personale molto gentile e disponibile (soprattutto Luciano)

Nonostante abbiamo alloggiato in una settimana dove l'hotel era sottoposto a ristrutturazioni generali, il nuovo proprietario dell'hotel e tutti i suoi collaboratori sono stati eccezionali! L'hotel è semplice ma pulito e la posizione è tranquilla e ottima, a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Cala Major!

The hotel has a unique boutique feel there is a nice pool area and a nice rooftop relaxation area with a hot tub. This was a lovely area to sit however the hot tub was never hot. The rooms themselves are enormous my room had two balconies one from the bedroom and one from the sitting room. The view from the front balcony was of a derelict building, the view from the back or bedroom balcony was the only marginally better. The bathroom was clean but the decor was rather tired with peeling silicon around the bath. The room had a small kitchen which was very useful and perfectly clean. Overall the rooms just need decorating as it has a slightly tired feel about it. The general feel of the hotel is very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly I would stay in this hotel again but feel that it could be improved.

Calidad precio excelente. Excelente sorpresa superando nuestras expectativas. Parada de taxis a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Piscina, terraza y jacuzzi excelentes. El personal muy amable. Centro de Palma a 10 minutos en taxi.
