During our stay, we experienced multiple serious issues: No towels were available at the pool on several occasions. Mold was present in the bathtubs in two different rooms. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. ”
