“Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

“We loved our stay at Mayfair. The one bedroom apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The fully furnished small kitchen was functional and very practical to prepare breakfast in the modern before going out for the day or for midday snack.”

“This property was a little off the beaten path which made it nice and quite away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown / bourbon st. scene. It has a nice bar/coffee shop inside of it and you receive a free drink voucher upon check in which was nice. We only had one night here as it was a last minute need for a canceled flight. “This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property.
