“The rooms need some upgrades. The bathroom door was swollen from the moisture in the room. The room smelled upon entering as well. Once we had the fan on in the bathroom it helped. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and the mattress was not comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful, breakfast was good.”

“It was very hard to get a hold of a real person at this property for starters. Most of the rooms did not have closets, they just had a hanging rack in the room right by the front door. Pool side food service took a really long time to get your food (over an hour after ordered) and one dish came 3 hours after order was placed. “We’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and always had great experiences, which made this visit especially disappointing. We checked in for a two-night stay over Memorial Day weekend and immediately ran into issues with our room. The toilet had plumbing problems that required multiple delayed maintenance visits to resolve.
