“The body wash/shampoo and conditioner were not great, otherwise I would have given 5 stars”

“There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”

“Overall, the property meet our expectations, as well had stayed here in the past. However, a recent Corporate makeover of the rooms left me unable to work at the desk in the room. A 'new and improved' desk lamp is only about 10" tall and the light just shines down on the base,. You simply can not read any documents, etc.! I complained to the front deck and they put a big pole lamp at the end of the desk. Much better, I also received a nice note about my inconvenience. I hope that enough...

“could have used the dinner/hot tub to be open later. Was not told about the options in the pantry next to the desk, saw in the morning upon leaving that having a sandwich was an option or a salad. Would have been nice after a long day of driving/sightseeing”
