“Everything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having “her own” TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!”
“What a stunning and charming historic hotel in the heart of Palo Alto. The staff is fantastic, the hotel decor and style is gorgeous and unique, the rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed and the roof-top lounge is a must for the view and a drink by the fire. “Prenotato 2 stanze per un totale di 5 persone. Ci danno 2 stanze con 1 letto. Chiediamo se è possibile averne una con 2 letti e prima ci dicono che l’hotel
Ha solo stanze con 2 letti e poi che dobbiamo pagare 75 euro per avere la suite con il sofà bad. Prendiamo quella ma scopriamo che il divano era divano e non ancora letto. Tornati all reception la ragazza era tranquilla con i piedi sul bancone senza fare un bel nulla e le ho detto che il sofà era ancora sofà e non c’erano neanche le lenzuola...
