“The apartment is nice. The living room and kitchen area is a common area shared between 3 guest rooms rented separately with a bathroom in each room. The rooms are a nice size, the bed wasn't very comfortable. I rented here because I thought I was getting the whole apartment without other guests, because I needed to do laundry on our trip. “Camere in un appartamento al secondo piano, servizio e reception terribili con un signore in maglietta ed infradito scortese, sporco e nervoso che neanche sapeva parlare bene italiano. “The property itself was great and in a great location. The market was very close by which was great to grab things from and have food, snacks an water available. Once we figured out where the A/C unit was it was great to have that working cause June in Venice was a hot one :) The instructions did not match (nor the remote) the pictures they listed in their instruction manual. “The rooms were clean and the property was very quiet. If you’re going to the Vatican, the location is fantastic. The bed was great and all in all a solid stay. You also have the use of a kitchen, which could be helpful. When you leave the room, all the electricity cuts off. So when you come back on a hot day, it takes a while for the air conditioner to catch up. I would recommend it for a medium priced solution. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and a great location an awesome balcony.”

“The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived before check-in time and he came early to check us in. It was our first time in Rome, and he advised us on where to go, where to eat, and warnings about pickpockets at the train stations. The room was very clean, and it had an espresso maker with coffee pods that tasted so good. He also arranged to safekeep our luggage on check-out day while we went to the papal audience.”
