“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. “I enjoyed my stay, however the breakfast portion was very small even for a petite person like myself, I was still very hungry after breakfast. There was a cleaning issue with the bathroom that was overlooked by the cleaning staff that I alerted the owners to that will hopefully be fixed for future visitors. The house is great and very clean overall. The owners are very nice.”

“Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. ”

“It’s an Inn, no Quality though. Overall not a great shape. Basic breakfast is at least available. Toilets don’t flush well. Room lights are all white. Blue light keeps people awake longer. Room ket quit working before checkout time. Fitness center is sure workable, trash accumulated there (empty Cheetos wraps, pile of empty bottles, used towel on the floor). It’s not for everybody.”

“While staff were respectful, the desk manager absolutely refused to budge on a deposit fee. I understand that they have policies, but the entire conversation was purely transactional, not customer oriented. I had forgotten about the deposit fee and had spent essentially my last dollar to bring my fiance in from an 11 hour road trip. I hadn’t seen her in months. The desk manager refused to let me speak to the property manager to explain our situation, stating to either pay the deposit or cancel....
