“This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“The hotel is on the beach and has an outdoor pool. The only complaints I have are there is not an ice machine and a 2lb bag of ice is $3.00, parking is limited and no WiFi. The room was clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Will stay again.”

“over all this resort is great ,right on the beach, fun things to do, pretty much anything you might want is there. Our only complaint was dinner at the Trattoria restaurant. the service was bad, and the food was not good. There was a large fan blowing that was loud and made it hard to talk at the table. Management didn't seem to care. We recommend that you eat elsewhere.”

“When booked I asked for a walk in shower highest floor and 2 beds away from the elevator. When checking in I was told all requests available, however when walking in the room, it was a tub not a walk in shower. I was then informed the only available room was on the 1st ,walk in shower but only 1 bed. This was 5 night stay and I was with my mother that cannot step into a tub. Unfortunately the 1 bed was our only option. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. I was given free parking for...

“Not my best stay at this SpringHill hotel, room a/c was not working and they switched us to another room at 9:30pm, second room was not fully ready we found hairs in night tables and bathtub, had to request soap and finally I had to go to the lobby to get it myself, but the place is really beautiful with private access to the beach. Again not my best stay at this hotel :( (they should fire the bartender in the pool, really rude attitude towards several customer every time I went to buy drinks)”
