Great hotel

Hotel is clean and well-kept. The staff is wonderful. They make sure whatever you need is available. Most of the staff spoke English which was so helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again

Hotel is far from local Airport

The hotel was advertised as being within a mile or two of the airport when it was actually about 10 to 15 miles away that was deceptive

Very poor customer service.

Pro: Swimming pool and the bar.
Contro: Customer service.
Posizione: Good location.
Their staff does not make the minimum effort to satisfy the customer. You get to the reception counter and nobody approach you to help you. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for a face rag and she was told that those towels were provided just to the "executive room". I lost my toothbrush and asked if they can provide me one and I was told they do not carry those items and if I need any, I should get it in a grocery store across the hotel, which is in a main busy street. Their pillows are so small that I got pain in my neck. No complimentary coffee was provided in any area of the hotel. My husband asked for one in the restaurant and they seemed to have a problem with giving him a cup of coffee that looked like a sample cup of coffee.

Pro: las habitaciones
Contro: el desayuno los dìas entre semana es muy básico
Posizione: bares, casinos, todo tipo de restaurantes, supermercados y zona comercial.
Zona de gran movimiento, cercano al metro y con muchas opciones de comida. Todo relativamente cercano

Posizione: easy shopping and right at the rapid transit
although understand renovations taking place, found deteriated since February when last there. WiFi did not work all the time.

Excelente experiencia

Pro: Ubicación y atención
Contro: El área del Bar no contaba con mucha ambientación, la entrada interna del casino no estaba accesible a los huéspedes e invitaban a usar una externa.
Posizione: Excelente ambiente en la parte posterior del hotel con casinos más grandes y locales de vida nocturna con mucha actividad.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy pulcras. La actitud del personal fue siempre colaboradora y atenta. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable y sus instalaciones cómodas.

Free WiFi is FALSE, this place is still in the 90s

Pro: Gym has 24h access, though there are no towels available in the gym
Contro: Make the WiFi good and REALLY free, not slow and limited
Posizione: Location is good, great restaurants around; try Riesen, Azahar, Avatar, Casa del Marisco, and Jimmy
The room was decent, though not great. Sad to see towels worn-out to the point of see-through in a supposedly 4+ star hotel. Breakfast was extremely disappointing with only one day as exception. But the worst of my stay, WiFi was not good and specially not as free as they claim, they give a password to the guest that works with only one device at a time and if you want to connect a second device you have to pay a daily fee, actually expensive

O Hotel parece lindo, mas tem alguns problemas. Os recepcionistas são excelentes, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, também o restaurante não vai bem. Pedi um penne a carbonara e veio um espagueti a Alfredo. Para compensar o garçom me deu de cortesia um drink que é uma forma delicada, mas não me consultou sobre a troca
