“It had paper thin walls with limited privacy. Property is located right in Gandhi Chowk. Thus, it's good for business trips but won't suggest for leisure trips.”

“Nowgere close to posted pics of the property, located in a narrow lane off the main road with construction taking place next to it, pillar on the side of the bed making it fifficult to get off. Only one complimentary water bottle per day . To top it off they lock the section of the property from outside where our rooms were, and we got delayed while trying to reach out to them while checking out early jn the morning. Clear fire hazard, u cannot lock your guests in”

“NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. ”

“On checking in, I was told that they would not accept my Passport as ID and I needed to produce Indian ID document and proof of address. Room was not ready on arrival either. There was no heating in the room and the weather was cold so I requested a heater and was told that this would incur a charge. Breakfast was not served on time and the food selection was very limited. There was quite a bit of waiting for the food and hot drinks to served for the buffet breakfast. ”
