“Room wasn’t in great shape, wine stains on the carpet, walls were in bad condition, it just felt dirty. We asked for a room with a view, instead we got a view of the pool with no privacy.”

“We stayed in the 2bedroom 2bathroom suite and it was amazing. Large space, clean, modern and welcoming. The place had nearly everything we needed.
On our first day it was about 24degC outside and we could feel it inside, there was no A/C but for the rest of the week outside temps were only 18-20 so it was very comfy inside. They do provide fans.
The TVs were massive however a big issue is none of them are smart TVs so there's no built in apps or even easy way to cast to them which made...

“Lovely property but our room was not cleaned properly. There were wrappers on the floor from the previous (at least) guest. Also, if you are going to have dispensers for shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall, there should be body wash also. Only one small bar of soap was available to share for the shower and sink. Not sanitary.”

“Nice central location, easy check in and great customer service. Our room was nice, clean and cozy. The Chromecast was really great so we could watch shows without needing to log in to all the accounts. They include towels on loan for the hot springs. I liked having our own table and chairs outside.”
