She would not give me my room key and would not get the manager. I was forced to pay again and involve expedia. “The room was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even texted to check to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Breakfast was good. I liked the buffet best only due to limited food sources I can eat myself. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of seating and always very clean.
