“Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! ...

“Staff was very helpful and friendly”

“Not sure if the rooms are neglected or the entire building just outdated. I did not have the best experience here. First I was downgraded upon arrival. They claimed the room I booked was occupied.
