Hotel was a good walk to eatery as it was in the main highway in Binh Duong .u can catch a. Taxi or uber to anywhere though as the reception spoke good English and organise taxi for me ”

When I extended for two days, they threatened to move me unless I paid extra for a tiny balcony even though it looked identical in the picture when I booked so I chose to let them move me. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is the first for that to happen especially in a half empty hotel.

“This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!”

“From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking. ”

The receptionist is kind and friendly, the room is spacious (for one and two are ok), clean. But the door is a bit distorted (not straight), if they can change the lock into electrical one (not manual), it would be better. I will stay there next time! ”

“We wanted a stay away from the crowds in Saigon. This was perfect. The resort has a lot of options for dining and activities. They had a nice spa and 2 pools as well as a lake. They have ancient trees that give ambience and a real authentic Vietnamese feel. They grow their own food in greenhouse and everything is delicious ”

But the strong scent of cigarette smoke odor was pervasive throughout the building. The cigarette smoke bothered me because I have breathing condition, asthma.
