“The room was not cleaned on the day it was scheduled to be cleaned even after checking with the front desk.”

“The smell was terrible, the pool water was neither heated nor clean, and the room was not clean either. I would not recommend this place. The corridor constantly smelled like weed, and the staff did not seem to care.”

“For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. When the guy at the front desk finally showed up, there was no apologies, no greeting but a simple do you want to check in, unprofessional service at its best. “The room was on max cool but it was too warm to be comfortable sleeping. After the first night we told the desk. She said she would have maintenance look at it. We were gone all day and when we got back at 11 pm the room was still too warm. Our stay was not pleasant”

“Internet was not working the whole time. Cable was down 2 of the 4 days. Place is under construction. Breakfast was a joke. Toast, coffee and juice. Would not recommend this place!”

“I liked the quiet location. I didn’t like that one of the lamps in the room was broken ( from the base) causing it to lean and I came out of my room to go get some ice and I was informed that they don’t have an ice machine.”

“Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in.
