“Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. ”

“Enjoyed a nice long stay at Freedom Inn, the staff helped ensure I had a restful stay, and provided transportation to Hanazono for access to the slopes. For a small service fee the staff will pick up a take-out dinner for you if you would prefer to eat dinner at the hotel after a long day on the mountain.”

“We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely. The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless! There is a convenient bus that...
