“Good hotel for a one night stop: the room was not so spacious but essential and the bathroom quite clean. Also breakfast is fine, with limited quantities as it’s not complimentary and you must order food and drinks.”

“Everything was excellent! Such a cute hotel and such a lovely town. We felt perfectly safe and at home during our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and took the train to Edinburgh, Melrose and Stirling. The hotel is close to the train station and very close to several lovely cafes. The price was reasonable. The room was lovely-comfortable beds, nice linens and nice soaps/shampoos. If we ever come back to the area, we will stay here! ”

“All areas of the hotel were immaculate and very clean, plenty of parking spaces and very quiet at night, no noise from corridors or banging of room doors. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Their recommendation for food at Cooks Bar and Kitchen was an excellent choice, the Kelpies was a short pleasant walk, once out of the trading estate. The only downside was not being able to walk to a pub/restaurant for food, although the drive to Cooks was less than five minutes.There was a staff...

“a very good value for money option for those wanting to stay near glasgow. Reasonable commute by car to the city (1/2 hour or so) - suggest you go the more Country route. Local area isn’t significant, so suggest you eat in the city. Our large room got a lovely sunset, whilst sitting on a large raised couch. Quiet. (though the birds can get noisy for a bit - nothing the property can do about that though). Sheep in the garden ! Recommended.”

“It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking ”

“Great apartment accommodation in the heart of Linlithgow. Great base for touring surrounding areas including Glasgow and Edinburgh, with the train station a very short walk from the accommodation Will definitely use again as our base when we return”

“I turned up quite late in the day and was welcomed to this lovely B&B. Beautiful views around the property and the rooms and breakfast area have been decorated to a very high standard. But the best bits are the bed/bedding and the breakfast. I stay in 80/90 hotels a year a this is the most comfy by a mile. I overslept but they still put breakfast on for me later than planned. I will be visiting again. Lovely host and staff beautiful setting.”
