Soggiorno in appartamento
E' un residence elegante in uno dei quartieri in ascesa di Parigi (a 300 metri dalla fermata jasmin). Appartamenti ben curati (stucchi ai soffitti e camini) con cucina con piastre elettriche dotata di tutto per mangiare a casa. Pulizia sufficiente con servizio giornaliero (tranne il we). Appena sufficiente il servizio alla reception (ragazze francesi non sempre presenti). WIFI scadente e molto lento. Consiglio una SIM ricaricabile da comprare da SFR od ORANGE.

Muy lindo el lugar, muy cerca para trasladarnos por medio de bus, en general muy cómodas las camas. Solo me parece que el baño (la regadera) necesita un poco más de limpieza en las paredes. Pero aún así estaba muy bien. Hace falta un abre corcho para vinos. La pasamos muy bien! Gracias

Super appartement à Paris
Excellente localisation. On voyait la Tour Eiffel de notre chambre. Nous étions six et il y avait 2 salles de bain et 3 chambres. Cuisinette bien équipée. Il fallait monter les 4 étages à pied car l’ascenseur était brisé, ce qui n’était pas un problème pour nous mais pourrait l’être pour certain. Le quartier est sécuritaire et agréable. Il y avait une super boulangerie à 2 minutes à pied ainsi qu’un Monoprix ce qui a grandement facilité les courses. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied. Bref, super rapport qualité/prix.

Perfect for families.
( Stayed in a twin suite ) Perfect Hotel for families wanting to visit Paris with the ability to cook themselves and have spacious rooms. This hotel is in a perfect location with a metro station less than five minutes walk away and a French bakery and supermarket within one minutes walk. Within the room the kitchen is very small but still, you have enough space to do basic cooking as it’s equipped with a microwave, sink, hobs and most importantly a dishwasher ( this is good because in most hotels you have to wash manually ). The bathroom is ok as when I checked in the drain would not open and was blocking the sink, but nevertheless good. Equipped with a hair dryer and shampoos , it is good enough for a short stay. The room had lots of plugpoints ( for european plugs ) but the flooring in the first room ( living room / bedroom with sofa bed ) was a bit slippery generally. Other than a few issues though, a very good hotel.

Good service, some fixing needed for facilities
Cozy hotel with very good, even excellent service attitude. It seems they have put effort in customer experience, sending (automated) messages before & after visit. During our visit air conditioner in our room broke and started leaking, and it was immediately fixed by a technician. Housekeeping did their job very well and bed and pillows were good. Bathroom was unfortunately not as nice, it had some black spots/stuff between tiles, my guess is, it was mold. Also the wooden parts of the window in the room seemed quite unclean and moldy. The air in the bathroom was thus damp/stuffy. Otherwise the shower, sink and toilet worked quite fine. It seemed that there was renovations going on in the hotel, at least painting work and it seemed they were carrying out old furniture. Hopefully bathrooms get fixed too? The neighborhood is nice and quiet, many boulangeries and restaurants, as well as grocery stores just minutes a way. Good location with only few minutes to underground. Well worth the price, at least for our five night visit, that was booked months earlier for a reasonable price. Room had also a small kitchen and refrigerator, we only used the cooling for water and some delicacies, but I guess you could even make dinner. There was coffeemaker, water heater, microwave and even a toaster. Tableware seemed nice and there were pans and kettles for use. All seemed quite clean and well kept.

NOT a charming Paris apartment hotel. Avoid.
The worst welcome I have ever had to a hotel. Arriving at 10 at night & pressing the buzzer to get in (which wasn't making a sound), the owner eventually appeared and shouted at me. I honestly thought that he wasn't going to let me in and was very abusive. The apartment itself is pretty cramped and seedy: very stained carpets, uncomfortable bed although linens and bathroom were clean. It wasn't at the cheap end and the photos are mislead. Overall, I would avoid and find somewhere better and where your custom will be valued. Wifi didn't work either (some really complicated connection needed),

エレベーターが狭いですが、それ以外は静かな16区、スーパーMonoprix、コインランドリーもあり静か立地条件、全く問題ありません。食器や食器洗浄器も充実、洗濯機があれば更に良いでしょう。観光行くにも良いところです。

The apartment was very quiet and the beds (including sofa bed) very comfortable, so we had a good rest every night. There was service every day except Sunday, which was very practical. The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms was good, only the kitchen was a little small for us. It had stove, microwave, Nespresso coffe machine and fridge but lacked a wine bottle opener. It was sufficient for quick/ easy to prepare meals but would not be practical for more serious cooking.

평점과 사진이 좋아서 선택했는데 매우 실망스러움 호텔 안으로 들어서자 마자 계단과 벽에 흠이 많음 객실 안에도 흠이 많음 이 정도 수리도 않하고 있다니 고객에 대한 예의가 없는 것으로 보임 동반자에게 창피함 리셉션 직원도 무뚝뚝하고 화난 듯한 말투로 대함 리셉션 택시비를 물어보니 실제 가격보다 훨씬 비싼 요금으로 예약해주겠다고 함 오를리공항->호텔 : 35유로였는데 호텔에서는 95유로로 제안함 호텔->샤를드골공항 : 50유로였는데 호텔에서는 85유로로 제안하면서 택시 잡기 어렵다고 힘주어 말함, 그런데 사실은 택시 정류장이 호텔 근처에 있고 1분도 안되어 타고 감

L'appartement était situé au rez de chaussée. Appartement propre, tous les services promis, avec le questionnaire reçu quelques jours, avant étaient présents (machine nespresso, savon douche et shampoing de marque, thé, café sucre...) sauf la bouteille d'eau. Le lendemain, mail reçu pour demander si tout se passait bien, j'ai signalé un problème d'ampoules dysfonctionnant dans le couloir de l'escalier et dans la salle de bain, la bouteille d'eau manquante, et un réveil précoce par des "bruits de marteau " à 6h30. Le soir même , tout était réglé (ampoules changées, bouteille d'eau, ou expliqué (coup de marteau : le boulanger qui battait son beurre fenêtre ouverte...) et un petit cadeau m'attendait. Au final, un bon rapport qualité -prix et une réactivité importante avec le souci du bien être du client.

great location close to restaurants, grocery store
Our first time to visit Paris and we are happy with the hotel the rooms are big and I love the parisian look of the place. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to metro, grocery store and restaurants. The room at the back you can see a glimpse of the lighted eiffel tower at night so beautiful!

La atención por parte de Isabelle, previa, durante y después de la estadía fue muy generosa y detallista. La ubicación es muy buena. A diferencia de otros apartamentos, en éste realizan el servicio de limpieza básica todos los días. Sin duda, regresaremos.

Au calme et situé dans un quartier huppé et calme de Paris, c'est en réalité un appartement avec toutes les commodités (cuisine équipée, salle de bain spacieuse, séjour accueillant). Metro Jasmin a quelques mètres facilite les déplacements en ville. Le ménage ne se fait pas dimanche, et quand il est fait, c'est sans la cuisine. Dommage pour la faible qualité du Wi-Fi et les bruits du parquet des voisins qui risque de vous réveiller. Ascenseur très étroit mais efficace.

Really Enjoyed the Stay
Cozy throwback--clean, convenient and quiet. The only complaint? The soap/shampoo was pretty miniscule and the maids ended up throwing away mine, so, I had to run around the corner to replace them. Otherwise, have on the list for the next trip to Paris.

It was a very pleasant stay. I enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and the possibility to walk to the OECD premises where I had the meetings. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quarto grande para o padrão de Paris
Escolhemos o hotel pelo tamanho do quarto (suíte com sala e cozinha) e pela arrumação diária. O hotel é bom, mas a arrumação deixa a desejar. Além disso, o DVD player estava quebrado e não consertaram durante os 12 dias em que ficamos lá. A gerente disse que "não podia fazer nada". Apesar disso, gostamos do tamanho, localização, wi fi, late check out, restaurantes e conveniências no quarteirão.

静かな１６区にあるアパートメントホテルです。やや古いですが、気になるほどではありません。チェーン系ホテルのようなラグジュアリーなサービスを望んでいるのであれば、やめた方が良いです。自分の家のようにパリで生活することができます。すぐ近くにパン屋とスーパーがあるので、心配ありません。

The location was great for our visit to Parc Des Princes and it's only 2 mins from the Metro. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but very tired and needs complete refurbishment. However, everything worked and it was comfortable.

Elegant, if compact, apart-hotel in 16th arr.
The sofabed was made up and packed away so when we entered we thought we were a bed short (family of four - kids in the twin beds in the main bedroom, parents on the sofabed in the living/dining room). The toaster fused on day 1 but was replaced on the same day. The main lights in the bathroom stopped working on day 2, but we just used the mirror light. The shower is fab, the kitchen is very good. The neighbourhood is a daily trek on the Metro but worth it for a quiet and relaxed area with nice restaurants, shops and architecture. The out-of-hours arrival arrangements are brilliant, the receptionist is wonderful. The place is a lovely C19th building with a truly wonderful old lift and a beautiful fireplace in our apartment. The courtyard garden is lovely too. I would definitely recommend this place. Even with a 30% discount this was about double what I have paid for a week in much more palatial self-catering apartments in the UK; I am assuming it is Paris prices that drive this up.
