“We had great service through our stay. 1st we got there late forgetting to check in but the staff there took care of everything for us and we ask for pack and play for our little one and he went across the street to go get one and bring it up to our room. We enjoy everything and will come back. ”

I called her to schedule a shuttle from the airport to the Hotel, she told me the shuttle would be there in 1 minute. We where outside waiting but we didn't see any shuttle there. After half an hour I called her again and when I complained she said in a very rude way she would send another shuttle in twenty minutes and that she didn't...
