Commanding a prime location, this 2BR/2BA condo is located at the Redstone Center, a mere 300 yards from the city bus line. Enjoy direct access to Canyons Village, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley. You’ll also be within easy walking distance of a hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Inside, a stylish floor plan features ample natural light, hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace.

LIVING AREA

After a fun day on the mountain, enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace in the living room and watch favorite shows on the 40” flat-screen TV. Two plush armchairs and a leather sleeper sofa offer comfy seating.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

Perch at the breakfast bar for two, or gather in the dining room which seats eight.

BED & BATH

This ground-floor unit sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Rest easy in a king-size bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and large closet.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed and another 40” TV. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, the guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Street parking requires a permit and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Your rental is conveniently located within 300 yards of the bus stop. Catch a direct ride to the base of Canyons Village (3 miles), Park City Mountain (6 miles), or Deer Valley (7.7 miles)

This prime location also offers easy walkability to shops, breweries, and cafes. There’s also a bowling alley, movie theater, and grocery store all within a short stroll.

Or head to downtown Park City for even more dining and entertainment options. While downtown, ride the Town Lift, which offers incredible soaring views of the surrounding area, as well as access to some of Park City Mountain’s best ski runs.

Salt Lake City International Airport is 30 miles away.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was very close to several restaurants and a couple of nice shopping centers. The only downfall was that the hot water would only run for about 15-20 minutes before running out. It would take hours to heat back up. We had three adults and two children staying in the condo and the lack of hot water made it uncomfortable. Also, the oven stopped working out last night there and smelled like gas. Our assumption is that the gas was running low. Lastly I asked for helped with the shuttle to understand how often it picked up and was directed to the cities website almost 12 hours after my request. We were dealing with a rental agency and not a local who truly understood the location.

We enjoyed our stay here. We spent the first few days in Park City. It was really nice to come to Heber City and enjoy the beautiful views. Good location not far to the action.

Everything went very smooth and the property was well equipped. Only confusion was on parking as the bulletin inside the home said we could only park in the street but the listing said we could park in the lot. Very happy overall and would recommend to anyone!

Had absolutely zero issues during our stay - except those caused by upstairs neighbors. (They partied until well into the night, blasting music that could clearly be heard in our unit. The thumping of steps above could also be heard).... Master shower was also a little moldy, small, and door didn't close properly... But the property was otherwise very clean, beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the location near restaurants, groceries, and shopping! Would stay here again (and hope for better neighbors).

The condo looks exactly as it did online. Condo was beautiful, brand new, and pristine. Beautiful, warm fireplace. Negatives is that it is attached to a shopping outlet parking lot. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything above you if you are on the 1st floor. Definitely request an upper condo. But overall, convenient to everything and spacious.

Great property for two mountain biking couples! The garage easily held and secured our bikes when we weren’t on the trails. We had plenty of space inside the home and ample parking outside. We had so many good food choices within an easy walk plus the bike/walking path was right outside our door!
