“They shut the water off in the morning at 10:30 and announced to all the rooms it will come in 11/2 hours. We waited to take a shower and the water did not come for 21/2 hours. It was most frustrating because the staff told us it was prescheduled and no one told us about that when we checked in. We left without a shower, to our room in yellow stone. If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take...

“Everything was as advertised. Clean room, friendly staff and easy access to rooms. Only complaint was hot tub/swimming pool was not really accessible for elderly or disabled patrons. Otherwise, pleasant stay”

“Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay.”

“This hotel was great. My kids absolutely loved the pool area. When some adult guests decided to drink alcohol around the pool. The staff was quick to step in and remove them from the area. The breakfast was great with lots of different options. The laundry facilities were clean and well maintained with easy access. There was also a little market by checkin that different snacks, drinks, and other little things you might need. We stayed at this location for 3 day and the staff truely was amazing....
