“The room smelled like a dead dog man not happy ”

“Thanks for the on-time shuttle to the airport. Hotel was nice. ”

“Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. ”

“Breakfast was pretty good. Room was decent loves that the windows actually opened to let fresh air in. Pool was a little small but enjoyed the stay. The dryers dont work very well ended up having to restart the dryer 4 tines to get the clothes dryed all the way. The lady that checked us in was sweet and helpful. I would stay here again in the future ”

“Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another...

“The air conditioner didn't work as well as expected. The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was more continental versus a full breakfast. I also would have liked a hot tub. ”

“I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair. “We were just traveling through and stayed one night. And it was just fine for that. Clean, nice staff, easy check in and out. The breakfast was just ok. Can’t really say anything about any other amenities. But overall it was a fine hotel. And when traveling through again would stay here again. ”
