“The hotel didn't honor my reservation through Expedia. They were overbooked. My reservation was for one night stay. I figured they got last minute requests from construction workers looking to spend the week and bumped my family out. Very unscrupulous organization. Expedia is no better. They have been dragging there feet to produce a refund. I will not use Expedia again.”

“Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.”

“I don’t see how people stay anywhere else. The price , the staff, the building, the location, everything was perfect. Will be staying again for sure.”

“It is a nice place to stay. Our room was clean enough, but carpets around outer edges could have been vacuumed better. The room had a slight odor but bearable. Staff was friendly.”

“Everything was fine except some people can't eat peppers so an omelet with peppers only, how about a couple just plain or cheese.”

“Wonderfully historic hotel. Needs some refurbishing in certain areas. Excellent location. Close to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. We will definitely stay there again!”

“The staff were very helpful. They adapted to a Hilton wide computer outage, checking us in with pen & paper rather than having us come back to the desk later. They moved us when the tv went out in our room. After moving furniture to get it working again.”
