“Air conditioning”

“This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”

“I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay.”

“This property is older, but everything was very clean and in good condition. My only negative is that the beds are doubles and they don’t have any handicap rooms. I recommend this property!”

“I’ve stayed in Red Roof Inns all over the country for more than 10 years. This one was called a “plus” which is usually quite nice. Not this one. My room was disgusting! When I arrived, I noticed the room had been sprayed to cover a smell. Not weed. I know what weed smells like. It was something else. The wall had dried blood specks. There were shoe imprints on the desk. The curtains were hanging off. The bathtub was old and filthy in need of scrubbing. The walls and doors were badly painted...

“I did not like how remote the property was to any restaurants or fast food areas. Staff was not real helpful on sharing where food options were located after an evening checkin.”

“The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The first morning room service did not come. The second morning they did come. Breakfast was decent. All in all solid but not spectacular.”
