“This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to tons of restaurants, cafes, and stores. The outdoor tub/shower was a big highlight. Overall, we loved NOA and we're looking forward to trying out some of the other DW apartments in Puerto Rico!”

They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. “The room was very small. Self checkin was missing an information on how to use the fob to access the building. We could use the tv to streaming in English. For the size of the room, we feel the cost was high.”

“The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

“Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

“Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace.
