Se poi questa tenda è arredata con ottimo gusto in stile safari, se ti offrono gite in canoa, sup, falò serali con marshmallows, viste magnifiche su albe e tramonti, colazione servita direttamente sul tuo terrazzino privato, ottima cucina e comodo accesso al vicino Penol, passare una o due notti qui non potrà che lasciarvi incantati.”

“This was a quaint little place, just a 5-minute walk across the bridge from the center of town. The rooms were decent-sized, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a terrace overlooking the garden area. The bathroom was large enough to move and shower, with plenty of hot water. The hosts were available and friendly, and the breakfast was quite sufficient, and served with a smile. ”

“The location and design of this hotel is incredible. It’s only fault is how many rules management requires the staff to enforce. The staff are incredibly kind and the only challen 1) When we arrived, I was informed that I could not check in because I did not have my physical ID with me. At first I thought they were joking because a picture of your ID works everywhere now except airports of course. No explanation for why the rule exists, just pointing to a message that was sent to guests...

“The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!”

“A tip was added in the final bill. This should’ve asked for before hand. The radio was on early in the morning and we could listen to that music all day long”

“Room has a bad smell to them. We are told that it’s the water that is used to clean the rooms, they stink when dries and it can’t be helped ”

“清潔で快適な空間で、居心地が良いホテルでした。 スタッフさんはフレンドリーで、スペイン語が苦手な自分でも、笑わず根気よく対応してくれました。 そのため、部屋に入る前からこのホテルの印象が良かったのです。 部屋は、空けた瞬間に良い香が漂い、ベットやバスを含め室内の設備は清掃が行き届いていたので、不快さは全く覚えませんでした。 お部屋からピエドラ・デル・ペニョルが目の前に見えるのは圧巻で雄大さを感じました。ベストプレイスです！ ピエドラ・デル・ペニョルまでは徒歩で行くこともできますが、坂が多く、Google mapで表示される最短ルートは交通止で行けなかったので、ホテルのスタッフさんに三輪バイクトゥクトゥクを依頼して入り口まで移動するのがベストです。 唯一のマイナス点は、お湯が出るまでに時間が掛かるので、冷たい水が苦手な方は、夜遅くではなく早い時間にシャワーは浴びた方が良いかと。 それ以外は全く問題無く、静かで落ち着いて宿泊ができるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。”
