“Check in was quick, room lovely. Everything is well kept, spotless. Breakfast was ok, had better & had worse.”

“The hotel is lovely, despite its downtown location. It was loud with lots of traffic outside, but the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel does not allow you to check in without a credit card, however, and does not have the option to pay a cash deposit. Every other hotel we've stayed in across Canada allows this (not everyone has credit cards). The front desk agent was rude when we asked about it, and even worse when I asked if she could call someone. She paged another department instead of...

“Small Elevator went with a sports team and it took quite a while for families and players to go three at a time . Also, my door lock is broken. I had to push on it twice to actually make it unlock”

“The location was very convenient travelling along Trans1. Lots of options for places to eat walking distance. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good. Only drawback is no elevator to second floor so if you have more luggage like us including cooler you have to carry up flight if stairs. Next time id reserve a floor room.”
