My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No running water!!!. ”

“The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. ”
