“No clue. Office was closed when we arrived. Not able to access room. After hours line in box full so can’t reach anyone. Had to pay for another hotel as this place was non refundable.”

“This hotel stay was 5 out of 5 stars. Plus 5 extra stars. This was only the third time I have stayed at The Drury and each stay was better than the last. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and is the definition of great customer service and hospitality. The room was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The best part of our stay was the breakfast and the kick back was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.”

“The room was not very clean. It smelled like old perfume. There was hair left in the bathroom and the bathroom tub had a piece of plastic on the bottom that was clearly covering a hole and it felt like you were going to fall through. The pool was littered with trash and didn’t look well maintained. Overall I was not impressed.”

“I favored this property whenever I visited my daughter. I liked it then, but after the upgrades and renovations, I love them. I'm a smoker (yes, we still matter) lol, but they section off the smoking units and there's not an overwhelming scent of stale smoke lingering in the rooms. For the price, it truly makes this property a hidden gem. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and property.”

“The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. The property as a whole did not meet my expectations: the elevator nearest the lobby was out of order on the second day of my visit, and my handicapped-accessible room was on the fourth floor! The room air conditioner was very loud, and the drapes would not close to block out light and noise from the parking lot. The key cards to my room quit working on the second night and had to be renewed. I was not happy to be required to pay a $100 fee upon...

“While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain.”
