“Check in was super fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and fast. The bed was very clean and nicely made. For a one night stay it was pretty nice. One thing I do have to complain about is we walked by the pool and it was very yellowish green so we didn’t go in it.”

“The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. ”

“Room was not clean, insects, was supposed to have microwave & mini-fridge. Fridge was unplugged from power when we arrived and inside was dirty and had mold and insects. When we plugged it in fan was making noise so we immediately unplugged it. There was no chair for the desk, I requested a chair 4 days in a row and one was never brought to the room. We cleaned and disinfected the room ourselves and did insect abatement ourselves. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived and ended...

“We stayed here as it was close to the university of Delaware where our daughter graduating that weekend. The property itself was very appealing aesthetically. The proprietor was an amusing guy and had a special effort to accommodate a dietary request for the breakfast. Our room was comfortable. I wish the curtains could completely block the sunlight that was really our only negative observation. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This is the worst ever hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Me and my family stayed for just 1 day and was terrified. What a pathetic hotel this is…very unhealthful, smells like dope through out the hotel and the room was so dirty, kitchen amenities and bathroom was broke and dirty. Linens was never washed..While sleeping we were constantly getting the dope smell from outside and through out the night. Looks like someone was smoking at outside at the lobby…I booked based on the name thinking it is...

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“This is an old hotel. It had been redone and worked well for us. Unfortunately, we were in room 202 which is near the elevator. Very loud when it was running. Wife did not sleep well. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Thank you”

“Ottima scelta. Comoda la possibilità di cucinarsi i pasti da soli nella cucina ben attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze di shopping mall a zero tasse (siamo nel Delaware). Nulla da eccepire. Spero di ritornarci”
