“A great hotel ”

“We had a small hiccup and the manager took care of it before he went off for the weekend to our satisfaction. The only thing i can critique is maybe mix up the breakfast a bit. Try bacon or have a waffle maker. Also put the pancakes under a heater to stay warm. Maybe small danishes and more fruit options. Just a thought. The hotel is in a great location and the desk is staffed 24 hours each day. Plenty of parking.”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“The whole experience was amazing, just off the beaten track (motorway) the property has a certain feel about it that just relaxes you and makes you feel welcome. Beautiful clean rooms , with everything you could possibly need . The hosts welcomed us and then left us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend !”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...

“Room well appointed and nicely laid out. Everything beautiful and clean. We went to the restaurant as well, which was closing early due to the weather warnings. But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay if out this way again.”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. ”

“The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. The showers and toilets are also communal and along the hall and are nice and clean. We were fortunate enough be given free upgrade to the Delux Ensuite Queen room by the owner of the hotel.
