“Il problema di questo hotel è il personale. Arrivati siamo stati accolti come fossimo un peso. Saliti in camera abbiamo trovato stoviglie sporche davanti alla porta e mancavano le lenzuola del secondo letto. La mattina seguente nonostante informato l'addetto le stoviglie stavano ancora là. Si scopre che lo shuttle dell'albergo lavora a singhiozzo ma nessuno si premura di dirti che gli orari sono ridotti e che al weekend non lo forniscono. Colazione assai scadente. “The fact they didn’t have elevators mad it very hard for me due to my disability. No one helped me bring my bag up stairs when I was struggling to do so myself. Also the 50 dollar fee for the room just in case there is damage should have been mentioned when I was booking online. The fact I was only going to be in the room for 6 hour due to my late check in.I should have never been charged that fee.
