Hotel a Paulsboro

“The front desk personnel we're excellent. We knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a great place but our power had gone out and we needed a place to stay. They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. I would think that's just a basic. One little trash basket in the bathroom but none throughout the whole room, Again you would think that's just a basic. The TV was huge...

“The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.”

“Power outage for almost 24 hours. Could have offered a flashlight or something. Why doesn’t a big hotel have a generator? Continental breakfast selection was awful one day. You have out signs for food and when I asked when are you bringing it out your reply was there isn’t any. Then why is the sign up? I asked at 8:28 and breakfast ends at 9:30. Oh and stain on the top comforter.”

“Checked into the property and was informed by desk staff that there was no internet nor cable. Could not upgrade us because we booked through Expedia; we would have to pay the difference even though they didn’t provided additional services. No breakfast is served but there is a coffee station in the lobby. Room was small and we realize this is an inn but was smaller than expected. Cannot recommend even though we have previously; it’s looking rather beat.”
