“The breakfast was very good. Hot, real eggs and bacon, potatoes, choices of breads and cereals/oatmeal. No fruit to speak of. The staff was all very professional and friendly. However, the hotel condition was subpar. The elevator was filthy, debris all over the floor and scuff marks on the walls. The stairwell reminded me of a parking garage stairwell. The hallway needed vacuuming. The room was clean enough, but our toilet seat was loose, the floors are tile, no rugs. So overall, a clean enough...

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”

“Warning to anyone with a service animal, know your rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. (THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!) The Americans with disabilities act says that a hotel\motel can NOT ask for ANY certification of any kind.
