I was only there 15 hours. Covid-19 shut it down. I had a 9 day ski trip lined up.

Our family stayed in Building 4 at Beaver Run. The best part was the ski-in/ski-out location with a separate locker room to Buildings 1-3. Having skied extensively across Europe the groomed slopes and tree lined runs here (plus our day trip to Vail) have been the best skiing we’ve experienced. What’s not so hot – quite literally – is waking up to ice on the single-glazed, metal framed windows. The general appearance of the hotel is now tired and dated and although everything worked (fridge, microwave and oven) our teenagers said that the sofa bed was not comfortable for our week-long stay. We had an evening meal at Spencer’s and a couple of breakfasts at the shop but would recommend going into town for better choice and value. The hotel’s free shuttle service to / from town is really convenient and the drivers are great characters. Overall, Beaver Run offers convenience but needs to work harder to deliver value for money.

Only minutes away walking distance from Breckinridge brewery, one of my favorite places there. The room was nice and we had got fire wood brought to our room Late on a cold night And was great service. A good amount of hot tubs to use as well

Even though it is a little dated, it has everything you need at a very reasonable price.
