“The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Couple of of items that need attention. The curtains at the ranch slider had mould patches. There was some slight damage to the bathtub surround. Staff were great and eager to assist. Recommend the local Cranford Alehouse for meals. Parking was good however the last night had to park on the road as all parks were full. Kitchen was compact and had only 2 of everything e.g. utensils, glasses and cups so had to wash dishes often when preparing meals.”

“The location is very nice. Bus terminal, cafe and supermarket are very near. Every staff are very friendly. We need to leave hotel at early morning and they arranged taxi meet to our request time. In this time we have not eat breakfast at hotel but we hope to eat breakfast in next time.”

“We had a lovely stay here before catching the train the next morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station. The decor is simple, but we stayed here for the ease of getting to the train. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful (in spite of me not grasping things at first). For entertainment, you could access Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix and YouTube on the smart tv. They also arranged a transfer to the train station, most helpful. Would...

“The unit we stay needs a bit TLC. The fry pan was not non-stick anymore, and the bottom was heavily scratched and uneven, couldn't cook properly. The area under kitchen sink had a strong chemical smell. The staff member left our curtains in the room and lounge area open for some reason after they did cleaning while we were out. I felt uncomfortable with our rooms exposed. Didn’t meet any staff during our stay, they did arranged our key pick-up for our late arrival and notified us by email. It...
