“Chambre propre et rénovée. ”

“The good: great beds and pillows and layout of the rooms. Comfy. The bad: Very noisy air conditioner and outside traffic. The worst parking entrance and parking lot ever! Wow, unbelievable hard to find at night. High step to get into the room, not recommended for any elderly person. Breakfast was all carbs, no eggs, bacon or sausages. We ended up going to a few local breakfast places which got pricey. Ended being more than $200 a night somehow, so recommend looking elsewhere and book directly....

“The only thing this place has is proximity to Sudbury. The door was warped and had a 3” space at the bottom so mice could get in. So obvious that they tried to fix it and couldn’t. Broken toilet paper holder, mirror,etc. ”

“The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”

“Handicap accessible room was clean with helpful fixtures throughout for added ease of use. Coffee was the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!”

“We stayed here for 2 nights and it was good for the price we paid (less expensive than other hotels in the area). The room was very spacious, including a huge entryway. It was helpful to have that space to serve as a buffer to the noise outside in the hallway from the elevator and ice machine. The fridge in the room was large . The walls were paper thin though - we could hear everything coming from the room next door, including when we were in the bathroom (we could hear them using the toilet)....

“The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.”
