“Loudest AC unit unfortunately could not sleep with it on even with ear plugs”

“One computer working for checking in. 30 minutes process with line hanging out the door at midnight. ”

“Pool was not open. We booked the hotel for the indoor pool but it was closed during our stay.”

“The homeless clean and had a good breakfast. I did pay for a king sized bed and didn’t get that type of room. They said they “upgraded” me but a queen size with a sofa bed isn’t an upgrade in my opinion. ”

“Pool not working at time of arrival sec to awaiting pool state inspection. Was upset at this as I paid extra to stay at a hotel in the area that specifically had an indoor pool. When i called to verify before formalizing my stay, no one mentioned that the pool would be requiring inspection ”

“The place was good, but my room’s A/C was cooling properly. Only at night would it keep the room somewhat cool.”

“Better than expected! Super friendly staff, room was very clean, easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.”

“Key cards didn’t work upon arrival at 1:30 am and the hotel desk person was home, had to wait 20 minutes for her to get there; cockroaches in the room, water in the b/r barely came out. Would never go there again. Not worth even $30/night! ”

“While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny.
