“Clean room, great reception on the first day. Great food too”

“Was cold last night and I couldn’t put heating on as the instructions were for a previous model ”

“Camera spaziosa, carina, dotata di diversi comfort (asse, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, bollitore, ecc) e con bagno grande. Posto auto all’esterno gratuito e pub (con cibo ottimo) sotto le camere ma che non disturba assolutamente la quiete. Non abbiamo consumato la colazione. Consigliato! ”

“Room was fine. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment as there was only instant coffee, and not much in the way of hot food that wasn’t pork. ”

“No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room”

“Hotel eccezionale per comfort, cortesia e posto. L'unica cosa negativa é che la domenica la colazione viene servita dalle 8:00 in poi e se si é in viaggio di affari ci si alza presto e si comincia il giorno a stomaco vuoto...”

“Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.”

“The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. “Run down. It was probably once a nice place, it’s dirty the carpets were worn out. The room we had, had no hot water. It wasn’t pleasant at all, so we ended up staying at a local friends house instead! ”

“La stanza è molto spaziosa confortevole, si dorme bene, il pub è distaccato e almeno in questo periodo non porta problemi solo qualcuno che si mette ai tavoli esterni più vicini ma li si può sentire mormorare ma non da dare fastidio, potrebbero arrivare però urla fino a oltre la mezzanotte di bambini di genitori non capaci di educarli. Il pub è particolare come lo è il personale oltre che essere cordiali, un posto da scoprire”

“Pulito e con personale cortese. Ristorante buono. Purtroppo nelle vicinanze non c'é nulla. Palestra e piscina superiori alla media per alberghi della stessa categoria.”
