“Hotel vecchio, arredi vecchi e sporchi. Colazione molto scarsa. Pulizie solo su richiesta e non comunicate al check in. Percezione di scarsa sicurezza all’interno della struttura ”

“This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed.”

“Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Very family friendly. Rooms seem a bit old but was pretty clean. Room did smell of smoke even though a non-smoking room but could be due to age of room just having a lingering smell.”

“Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”
