“Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.”

“A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. ”

“Bathroom fan didn't work and bathroom sink was slow to drain. Room would be fine for a single person, but not a family.”

“The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.”

“Hotel coloratissimo e particolare. Si trova in una zona della città piena di ristoranti e molto gradevole e sicura la sera. La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e consente di spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Portland. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. ”

“They waited until after I checked out and left town to call and claim that I owed them $30 for parking, which they did not mention the additional fee for at check-in. The guy said they did not have a credit card on file for incidentals (which I gave them at check-in) and wanted me to provide card information over the phone, which I don’t feel comfortable with. “If you want to visit Portland, which I’ve done several times, this is definitely my first choice from now on! It’s right across the Fremont bridge on the city side, so you have easy access to the waterfront and the east side, but also many of the very cool restaurants and shops on 23rd St. are very close! I was able to use that as my homebase and explore the city and visit family and it was wonderful! The staff are especially nice and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean, and there’s...
