“Great communication from owners. Warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, bathroom spacious, fantastic shower. Breakfast ordered the night before was delicious, good selection of breakfast items to choose from. Would'nt hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Paul and Sophie for a lovely stay ❤️ ”

Si sono fatti perdonare per averci offerto la colazione ma... mancavano i coltelli! Disorganizzazione totale... Anche la camera non era pulitissima (tra i due letti c'erano ancora delle briciole dei precedenti ospiti).”

Unica alternativa l’ immancabile tea o il black coffee! La stessa macchina lavora probabilmente a pranzo e a cena ma è spenta per colazione…”

“A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced. However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. Not did I appreciate the 9am door knocking along every room in the corridor on bank holiday Monday from "housekeeping". The...

“When we arrived, the lady at the reception was very polite and pleasant. However, in the morning when we were leaving, the staff were quite unfriendly and rude. Later, when we contacted the hotel to explain what had happened, they tried to accuse us of having three people stay in a double room. We were honestly surprised, because it was the hotel that checked the three of us into a room with two beds in the first place, but we chose not to raise this issue at the time.”

“100% would not recommend. Tiny room, which felt like a prison cell (not that I’ve stayed in one!) sink located next to the bed along with the shower, no separate bathroom. Toilet in a cupboard! Window only opened 1” and no working aircon, just the option of more hot air being blown into an already very hot room, all whilst sleeping on a plastic mattress! Had no option but to leave the window open, which then meant you could hear the very busy road right outside, constant banging and car noise...

“The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside. They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)”
