“Buona posizione, comodo a ristoranti nota deludente la colazione chiude sempre prima dell' orario previsto e le pulizie delle camere vanno sempre richieste ”

“I had a handicapped room as I use a wheelchair. Room was roomy and allowed easy access in and out the doorway. The bathroom access was easy but the low height toilet was a challenge; whoever designed the bathroom obviously never had to utilize a wheelchair or walker. Also a walk-in shower would be most helpful.”

“The sliding door did not work, the sink next to the bathroom drain super slow,the toilet in the extra bathroom does not flush right.”

“We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room.”

“There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill.”

“When checking into the hotel, I was greeting as a shot on Honors member and given a small welcome bag with water & snacks. After asking about the reason for ky stay, the manager congratulated me on my upcoming wedding and granted a complimentary room upgrade so I would have a larger space for hair and makeup! What an amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel!”

“Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks. There were such loud noises all night and I was not happy with the experience.”
